(Missing)Made a Changelly transfer of BIT to NEM

Missing my XEM in my Nano wallet on desktop version. Please help. New to crypto currency.

I did this and have already contacted support with no luck on a reply yet. Details of transaction are as followed:

Im sorry if this isnt allowed, I recently became an investor in crypto currency. I purchased some BIT from coinbase and then transferred them to changelly to convert to XEM to my nano wallet i just set up. I got all confirmations from coinbase that they sent the coins to changelly, I confirmed on changelly that the transfer went successfully, and ive been waiting for the funds to show up on my nano wallet. Unfortunately they are not there. Here are some info to maybe help you guys help me.

also i have switched through nodes and still nothing. I dont see any confirmed transactions in my nano wallet nor do i see any unconfirmed transactions. Any and all help would be appreciated.

hello, the output tx shows not valid on the nem blockchain contact the changelly support they will help you out.

also I see your wallet address has no public key I sent you 2 xem send them back to me to see if that will give you one.

yea send them back to the address they come from to see if that will give you a public key.

No public key for your account should be no problem for changelly. Also as @Penny_Blackford already have written there is not such a hash in NEM blockchain

Changelly support should check this because this is not first such a problem today.

Hello dear. How are you? Could you tell me how you bought xem coins with your Bitcoin? I have $104 in Bitcoins on bittrex. Every time I try to purchase xem coins it says my purchase has been cancelled. Is the a minimum amount to purchase? If so, how much? Also, what do one mean by nano wallet?

Nanowallet is official wallet for NEM. It can be downloaded from nem.io page.
About problem on bittrex I think you should be able buy without problems for 100usd btc. You should ask bittrex support.

I have the Nano desktop wallet for nem. You can use to store xem coins. I used Changelly to purchase the xem coins. There is also other exchange sites. Like shapeshift. Not sure if they support xem coins

I am having the same problem as @Funkymusic1232. I used Changelly to exchange BTC to XEM. I also had it sent to my Nano wallet. I have also contacted Changelly support. Here is my Changelly transaction info:
