I was looking over my harvest, and noticed the difficulty has gone up.
I'm seeing above 200% now, here is the most difficult.

I think the 0.6.26 client has a bug and shows the difficulty x2. So when you see 200%, it is 100%.
i don't see a reduction in levels with .28?
keep in mind ncc at some point showed difficulties incorrectly (multiplied by 2 iirc).
