Multiple Receiver Addresses

I processed two XEM transactions through Changelly. The first one transferred over to my NEM wallet without issue. I then did a second exchange/purchase, and it sent those XEM coins to a different receiver address. Is there a way for me to pull that 2nd receiver address into my current NEM wallet? There must be a way for me to get access to those coins.

Thanks!

Where did you send? Have you transaction hash / address?

Yes, I have all of the transaction information? Could I use a site like Block Cypher to move the coins from the one Receiver code to another?

No. Only owner of private key can return your funds. So if you know owner you can ask him to return your XEM.
That’s why I ask for transaction hash.

There was no other owner though. When I purchased them through Changelly, I simply made the BTC -to-XEM exchange. I have both the input and out transaction hash for both transactions that I did. There isn’t a way for me to use that information to then transfer the coins to where i need them to go? Like I said, there is no other person involved in this.

Again please give transaction hash. Please give me and I tell you.
How did you know that it’s send to other address? From where did you copy these other address?

Sorry about that. The output transaction hash is 3c3a465ff75d8ebea0254636b95f15ad89f58aa9866e6143d2c4221a3945bee7.

The reason why I know it was sent to a different address is because the transaction details on Changelly show it.

In the transaction where they were moved over to my wallet, it shows the sending and receiving addresses as being different, which makes sense since its coming from my Changelly account to my NEM wallet. In the other transaction, the sending and receiving addresses are the same, which also matches up with the sending address on the first transaction. So that would lead me to believe that they weren’t moved out of the Changelly account at all, yet I can’t seem to figure out how to move them now.

Your transaction :

So you have sent from Changelly to Changelly.
And that’s is better than some random address because you can now create support ticket to changelly, tell them about your mistake, provide this transaction hash and ask for refund from changelly. They can return because you send them back.

That’s great to hear. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and support for me on this.

Cheers!
