Multisig account problem

I sent 500 xem to free wallet from multisignature account and the amount never arrived. I tested 2 transactions before was ok from non multi signature account was ok

Atomic wallet ( now solved by atomic wallet team) uninstalled and installed again)

Same thing I sent 2 transactions to atom wallet from regular account xem arrived safely.
But when I send transaction from multi signature account transaction show as -0.15 but I got the correct amount in my account.

There is problem Multi sig account hash

Hello,

Regarding Freewallet you must contact with Freewallet support provided transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction. They do not support multisig deposits automatically.

Regarding Atomic I reported them already this bug about around 1-2 months ago.
