My account balance is missing

On my Nano Wallet for NEM, my account balance does not show. I can get into my wallet just fine but it does not give me my account balance or other options that are usually at the top of the screen. Not sure what to do exactly. I was delegated harvesting on a node prior to it not showing my balance so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

double check your node is online (green)

OK… my node is red. What do I do? I’ve been selecting nodes from the dropdown but it’s still red/

Check your firewall port settings, maybe it’s blocked.

I confirm that WITH the ESET FIREWALL ON MAC you can run into issues with NanoWallet connecting to NEM Nodes.
I disabled the protection - and immediately the green circle went green inside NanoWallet.
