My coins disappeared

When I try to withdraw nem to my newly made wallet ( adress : NAGAQ5-FLW733-MBKDQF-L6OGH3-WGLLG7-FKUYVT-DMDR , name : exoton) the do not show up even though all the blocks have been loaded.

the problem is not with polo because faucet coins do not arrive either.

I have not changed anything in the account I just clicked “copy adress to clipboard” and sent the coins.

Also for the poi which I assume is started by clicking on “start local harvesting” I get an error.

If I have missed to do anything or got a wrong adress please tell me how to fix it because i do not like having coins on exchanges and like to stake.

If the Polo withdrawal is OK, the transaction has to be on the blockchain and there should be nothing to worry about … it could be your client is not finding the transaction for one reason or another.
Can you ask, find or retrieve the transaction number somehow?

It clearly states that there is an ERROR. You should talk to Poloniex.
I dunno about the faucet but the faucet having problems is also not unheard of.

/edit: Tried to get something off the faucet. Didn’t seem to receive anything either so faucet does seem to have a problem as well.

Right , talk to poloniex. I’ve had a similar issue before.
They dealt with it really fast.

Well I got a new problem now , it tells me webpage not aviable and always wants to connect to http://localhost:8989/

The answer I got from polo was :

I have refunded your transaction. You are free to place the withdrawal again.

It is possible the network fee (15 XEM) is too much for such amount.

I get this error message in my browser when clicking on “open ncc in browser”

The error means that your ncc is not running, i guess.

Hmm it seems you are right , once I click start ncc it is there for 1 second and then shuts down again , if someone provides their adress I could try to withdraw a few xem from polo and see if ti arrives to you that would then definitely tell if the problem is on my end.

Is there maybe an online wallet where I could move my coins and still get the poi ?

@voidcrafter: try deleting the file accounts_cache_mainnet.json in the folder c:<your user>\nem\ncc. Then try to start ncc again.
