Hello! can you help me regarding my coins? my nem mobile wallet say’a lost connection. i cant see my nem balance and when i tried to open it on nem desktop wallet it show’s that i have 0 xem but i have 10,400+ nem on my mobile wallet and harvesting. hope you can help me about this issue. thankyou!
Move from the ‘gear’ button on the top left of account selection page and choose another server.
If chaning server will not help try other Internet connection. Maybe you have blocked ports 7890/7778
