My deposit is not confirmed ( send XEM from Zaif to poloniex)

Hi All
I hope soneone can help me
I have some XEM and I sent them from Zaif to Poloniex.
I first sent 20XEM to poloniex and it was updated , then 18000 XEM, still no problem but for my last transaction , it was not updated. 24 hours have passed and I dont know where my XEM is
I am super nurvous now , inquire both Zaif and Poloniex but no response

Even by looking at this, I dont know where my XEM is? Has it arrived poloniex wallet or still in Zaif?
And anyone has advice on how I can reach customer support of Poloniex

So you must contact with they support.

I have contacted them by creating the ticket but still no response .
Have read something on the net about there support, It seems that they dont have good reputation.
Do you think I can lose this money ? Anyone here lost money in poloniex ?

Thank you very much for you support.
Finally I got my XEM back.
It is so stressful of waiting. I read some comment on twitter, other forum of some folks who had waited for months for deposit , even there are some people whose account was blocked because of deposit .
So scary of poloniex, it must be my last time using poloniex.

I still dont quite get why they have that many users and support is that bad. Even they dont spent a single of word on the ticket.

Have you created ticket in poloniex?
I did create ticket and it was in my balance after 3 days
