My Wallet in Local storage is gone

Hello all,

I just created a wallet named NielsWallet and I transferred 100 NEM to my account. When I logged out, I could not sign in afterwards. My wallet was gone when I wanted to select the wallet. I know my phrase, my address where my NEM’s have been send to and I know my wallet name. Is it possible to retrieve my wallet?

Hey Niels,
look at my youtube tutorial, maybe it ill clarify what to do next. You probably have your browser in secure mode so it don’t save settings :slight_smile: Try changing browser setting and it will remember your accounts. Meanwhile, try to restore your wallet:

Did you save the wallet files as instruced ? Or maybe you saved your private-key ? Or maybe you used brainwallet ? (In which case your password would suffice to restore access to the account)
