I just opened my symbol wallet to see that my XEM are gone. My XYM had been deposited in a different Opt in account, but my main qccount where my XEM were now shows a 0 balance. They were there the last time I checked. I am using the same device as I always use. Where did they go ?
In Symbol wallet are only XYM, not XEM. XEM are in NEM wallet.
What’s your NEM address you opted-in?
They were there before the opt-in wallet showed up. The Opt-in wallet has a different address than the account that the XEM were in… It showed XEM but with a 0 balance.
