Hi,
On 21 april sent XEM into my nano wallet 1.3.4. A couple of times shortly after I checked on it and the XEM were there. Now months has passed and I wanted to check on them. Now the balance is ZERO. What has happened? How to recover?
I tranferred via Changelly and have input and output transaction hash. I have the privatekey.
What can I do? It matters of 29,486 XEM.
Hope an expert can tell me.

Did you use a brainwallet ? If so, did you use a strong password ? If you did use a brainwallet with a weak password then that’s how they got you and there is no way to retreive them.
Thanks for reply. No I did not have a brainwallet. It is one on NEM community client… On Changelly I see that reciever address was NAPBVY7V2HB4C6PTDN3QKT7BPSMJTSSRXJXIHL4J. Is that helpful?

sure sounds like it. Do you have your private-key of the other account, the one with your XEM in it ?

If you have your private key, you can create private-key-wallet using Nano Wallet.
