Nano wallet trezor help [SOLVED]

I stored XEM on the Trezor but when I migrated all my apps and docs to a new mac the nano wallet wasn’t there and I couldn’t open from the zip file I downloaded from the Nano site.

The problem is how do I now restore and get access to my XEM ? I fear I have lost my XEM. Trezor opens ok but behaves as if I never set up or linked up with the Nano wallet. I stored the XEM on Trezor according to my records in March 2018.

Can anyone help with how do I get around this issue and once again get access to my XEM even if I may have lost my wallet access. I sent my XEM from a purchase exchange after I bought it to a wallet number which I cannot find?? Can I find my XEM on the blockchain?

thanks

Hi there,
I own a trezor as well. Your private key is on the trezor, so if you install the new version of the universal NEM wallet in your desktop and connect the Trezor you have to be able to see your XEM.
Download from here

Let us know.

Brilliant! Thanks so much. Worked perfectly. I did this so long ago I couldn’t remember.

Cheers

Avani.
