You don’t remember creating two wallets? Or maybe you copy address from different place?

The larger amount (2496.000000) was from Bittrex. I don’t believe I created 2 wallets although I did find it tricky to get the first one set up.

I attempted to send funds from Bittrex to this wallet three times: NDWNPBZKBZI5OBDRNLJFWS3ZF4EE27WI5PFYGZTL

On the last attempt, I used the other address & I can’t tell where i got it from (I was copying from the nano send/ receive area and from my spreadsheet)

I am almost certain I didn’t create a new wallet though

Maybe you copy it from delegated account configuration?

That sounds familiar! - What is that?

Sorry that you had these problems DMcA.

Thanks for posting it though. I had the same questions about moving my XEM from Bittrex to my new NEM wallet.

I think this was less of a Bittrex problem and more of a user error (I did solve the bittrex issue with the great advice on these pages, the user error is with me unfortunately. That said - I do think the wallet needs some usability work …

@4qc please verify if first wallet isn’t your remote account visible in nanowallet.
Maybe you copy it from there.

Sorry to be such a newb - can you step me through how I can check the remote account. I know I did something funky.
Cheers
4QC

If you don’t know where it is it’s very unlikely you copy it from there but worth checking.
Go to Services -> Manage delegated account and there will be visible delegated account address. Check if this is not your first address where you sent tokens.

It was @4qc remote account where tokens are sent. Problem was resolved via private message because @4qc as new user has messages limit.
Glad tokens returned to owner.
