Nanowallet transactions to nowhere [SOLVED]

Last weekend I thought I transferred NEM between my wallets. For some kind of reason all the NEM coins were send to an address: ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR that is known as a Bittrex Wallet (figured out via Google).

I already informed Bittrex about the problem in the hope to get my coins back but I’m reading a lot of stuff on the internet and bad reviews on Facebook about the response of Bittrex on those requests. Someone on this forum got experience with waiting time on request at Bittrex??

Also, can someone tell me why a Bittrex address is my wallet address from nanoWallet? I was not even aware of Bittrex (don’t have an account there and never heard of it) The address was this weekend: ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR, now it is NBLTWWMCSER5QVCV7KN6XFRRBGEEXXXLQVSRJC6G (can’t even find out where this adress is coming from)??

First of all I don’t think your address from where you sent tokens is NBLTWWMCSER5QVCV7KN6XFRRBGEEXXXLQVSRJC6G because this address is empty and here is no transactions related with it:

Just to clarify:

A couple of weeks ago I just typed in amount 10 on my mobile app and send it away without even typing in an adress (didn’t know that was possible, but suddenly I lost 10 XEM). After that I downloaded the nanoWallet last weekend on my macbook to keep it more secure and tried to send it to that wallet from my phone (that’s the 2nd link above).

So, I’m not 100% sure if Bittrex is the address I’ve send my NEM to. Only because I found a website where this address is linked to Bittrex I’m not sure it’s really Bittrex. Don’t know who to ask for support because I never was in touch with Bittrex before all of this happened. If I Google the address it looks like it’s used for funding or something like that…

I probably know how you do it. When you want send tokens on mobile address to new address you should open dashboard and click “New” in top right corner. There you can put address you want send to. If you open your last transfer you have only field with amount and message and you are sending to the same address. In your case it was bittrex transfer.

What you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide your all non zero transaction hashes and ask for refund.

I contacted Bittrex support but I’m not very hopeful about them if I read the comments in Facebook en other Forums :grimacing:. Anyway, thanks for your response!

If they response (you may wait a lot) they should return your tokens.
