when i start “Launch NEM Wallet” by shortcut on desktop ,NIS is working but NCC is not start and I can not access to my wallet. How to solve this problem?
i try mamy times to start NCC from system tray icon . but it still not start.
Delete file accounts_cache_mainnet.json in the folder c:\users\ < your_user >\nem\ncc, then try again.

i already create wallet and i got nem address then i tranfer some XEM to that wallet , if i follow your advice . is it has effect with my wallet ?
