Need help Wallet. there are no settings, there is no information

Dear, good afternoon!
I registered 2 purses: 1. Brain Vallet and 2. Simple Vallet
I go into my private office and see the emptiness - there are no settings, there is no information.
What’s the matter, what to do?

Click on the button next to Primary and select another node. The circle should be green, then you’ll see everything turn up. Also please use the forum search function. This questions has been asked and answered a lot lately.

Hello my russian friend! Welcome to the NEM.
Please check the tutorial

Thank! Very much!

I watched the video - NEM: I do not see dashboard / account in nanoWallet! Quick fix.
And none of the “Knots” - does not work.
What to do next?

I tried to connect to all nodes, but the circle remained - red

In that case there is a problem with your connection. Maybe Port 7890 is being blocked.

I opened port 7890, and it did not help.
Which ports can I still open?

Same problem here - none of the nodes work, and I can’t access anything. Do I have to open certain ports? Which ones, exactly? Thanks!

Does google chrome produce the same results?
Because IE is deprecated.

All browser produces this result

What kind of message will be displayed when accessing the following URL from Google Chrome?

What about android/ios app? The same? If yes, you probably have something blocked by your operator, which is weird. If not, you have some firewall that disables the port.

Did NanoWallet work?

If so, there are a few mysterious things to technically fix with this.
If the router connected to the Internet has been running for a long time, we recommend that you reboot once.

Thank you

Yesterday, everything worked 100%.
Today again does not work. And the wheel is red - can not connect.
What do you think this means?
Why did it work yesterday, but today it stopped.
