Need help with a transaction

I sent a transaction which shows as completed by my NanoWallet, but it never arrived and there is no trace of it on the block explorer.

Here is what my wallet shows:

It says that my address still contains all the coins and there is no trace of the transaction. When I search the transaction hash 889453b28d8b4b71f83e97708aa30be61c68cfb9e00749177c02338fce5a679c nothing comes up either.

Try change node. Maybe node has not accurate data or is in fork. Before you change node please write down ip/name node your are using currently and paste here. Click circle in top right corner and select another one node from list.

A similar case came to Github.

I trust in one confirmed, I want to know the establishment that will be the exchange on the fork chain.
When payment service is not used, settlement on mobile phone feels a little risk management is necessary.

One answer is to change the number of confirmds depending on the size of exchange amount.

Originally SN is controlling fork.
However, in the case of mobile wallet etc. where real-time nature is required, from the client program side, it would be nice to have a mechanism for actively changing the node selection from those with fork possibilities.

I checked your account, but it seems that the problem has not occurred. The transaction was not just established.
