Need to design website

I have recently bought a domain name www.nemexplorer.com
I would like to make it look like etherscan but this is for nem cryptocoin.
Is there anyone who would like to help me design the website ?

as in you want to build a block explorer? Both current block explorers are open source. You can use them as a reference.

Does it require much setting up or can I just copy and paste the files on to server to create NEM blockexplorer?

Thanks. No I haven’t. I need to set up the environment. How much time does it take to build it from start to finish including the environment set up?
