Hello TechSupport! I have made an exchange at Changelly but the first XEM wallet I have given was an error and I have corrected it, but besides the NEM wallet address, they require also the "extra ID (memo).
They said, it is in the message, but I can not see any other alphanumeric key or code besides my wallet address.
Please advise where to find this extra ID or there is really none?

If you sending to your personal wallet message is no needed (should be empty or you can write whatever you want).
Message is needed only when you sending to exchange/hotwallet where one address is used for multiple people.
