Lost my phone, unfortunately not able tk backup my privatekey, though able to save the qr code. I have regenerated the code thru other app but still nem cant read it. It sas its not a qr code, whereas other app can decode the qrcode and able to provide my nem address and user name.
I have also tried to scan apple to apple device and android to apple device. Still not working
