Nem Balance doesn't arrives to my address on poloniex [MOVED]

hello there,

i need help to know when my balance will arrives to my address on poloniex

i had bought nem coin from spectrocoin website
and sent them to poloniex using this info :
address : NBZMQO7ZPBYNBDUR7F75MAKA2S3DHDCIFG775N3D
message : 6632c4eda3eebbfd

but it’s not arrived yet

Could you copy paste your transaction hash from spectrocoin.com? It should be available in xem withdraw history.

It’s strange because it’s again spectrocoin withdraw with correct message code which is not automatically process by Poloniex or Bittrex …

You must contact with Poloniex support and provide hash for this transaction. They should return your tokens. You can ask also why this transaction is not processed automatically. It could invistigate and avoid such a problems in future for other persons. Spectrocoin add XEM not so long ago and maybe they send some additional invisible sign in message which dont allow process by other exchange.

At this moment only Poloniex can return your tokens because they are on this exchange wallet.
