I tried to transfer 105.391 XEM from the mainnet faucet to the address NDBFIE-LNNR2X-4W5GBO-APB627-AQSLTY-WKUPL2-EEZZ, and it says: ErrorMessage :You are banned. Have you used Proxy? Have you used Bot?

I didn’t use a Bot. What is a Proxy? I played fair! What is going on?
