Does anybody have a really good guide on how to install Docker and Docker compose on Windows, Mac, Linux, and/or Ubuntu?

Anyone got any recommendations on a good value, reasonably priced hosting provider to host the node on? Have previously used AWS and finding it not so competitively priced.
