Hello I´ve a NEM APP Wallet. I know my password and the receiving address. I have also confirmations about sending XEM to my wallet with my name. Is there any possibility to recover my wallet or ist this topic already known?
fyi: I´ve bought a new iPhone and the old one is no longer available regarding to total blackout of this mobile device.
It would be great if someone can help me. I have also rewrite my new mobile device with the backup from the broken iPhone.

Did you backup your private key? If so on your new device just create a new private key wallet and insert it there.

No unfortunately not because I wasn’t aware of issue from changing the phone…
Is there a possibility with the receiving address in addition with my confirmation of the transferred money?

As far as I know you either need a backup file combined with your password or your private key. If you have neither I think it’s pretty much impossible to get inside your old wallet again
