NEM iOS transfers only fee

Please help!

I’m trying to transfer XEM from one iOS NEM Wallet to another one (also iOS). It does not work. Only thing I’m loosing is 0.05 XEM fee every time I try. I can’t find a manual, this is what I do:

On the dashboard I click the new message sign (right top corner)
I fill in 'To:'
I fill in the amount of XEM (my maximum balance -/- 0.05 fee)
I leave message empty
I press send and 'Ok’
Return to the dashboard

On the dashboard it shows the transaction with the receiving address and ‘-0 XEM’ (in red). My balance is minus 0.05. That’s it, that’s all… :cry:

What am I doing wrong?

Looks like bug… Could you provide print screen which filled form? Which version are you using?
Do you have private key backup? If you have private key backup you can try update to latest version from app store if you don’t have latest version.

I’m using the latest App store version, 1.1.4 v5 as shown on this link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/nem-wallet/id1227112677

Here’s a print of the filled form, of course I didn’t press ‘Send’ [in Dutch: Verstuurd] this time because of loosing all my XEM’s on missed transaction(fees)…

If by ‘Private Key’ you mean: More > Export Account > ‘Use application password’ > Confirm > Show Private key > [warning] > Show Private key. The (bottom) long string with the numbers and letters. Yes, I’ve put that in writing.

If I remove the current app and I reinstall via the App store how can I get access to my balance/wallet i.e. where/when to enter the private key to restore?

Sorry to bother you, never had these problems before so I’m kind of a newbie…

Restoring your wallet will be simple.
Add wallet “Add account” -> Enter key -> You put your private key and wallet name you prefere and account will be restored.

About this problem. Did you try use dot instead of comma in amount field?

No I did not, sounds like that could be ‘the bug’… a translation thing. Sharp!
I’ll give it a try.

Do you want report yourself this bug? If bug is not already reported probably bounty will be paid for find. https://github.com/NemProject/NEMiOSApp/issues. It will be better if you reports because you have Iphone (just in case additional questions from devs will be asked).
