I accidentaly clicked on refresh button after i pressed the faucet now it shows that I have duplicate cookies… I can’t even withdraw… Help please… How to remove the duplicate cookies…?

Hi, Im seeing more and more different projects in Ethereum like this.

Every image has SHA256 hash, they put that in the smart contract. I think would be cool if somebody do the same with NEM and mosaics. The thing is with eth you can program the website with Metamask. I don´t know how to do the same with the nano wallet.
Any ideas?
I’ve been using the nem faucet for however long it has taken me to yield enough to withdraw with a decent margin.
I clicked withdraw and it gave me something called a Payout Address
.
What can I actually do with that and how do I move it into the NEM app? When I open the app, it looks like I can only send money, not receive any.

This was my first introduction into NEM and I would like to avoid deleting my now existing account. I think the issue was with my browser which automatically deleted cookies resulting in me creating my account again at least more than once (this has now been rectified).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
