I didn’t use a Bot. What is a Proxy? I played fair! What is going on?
What would be an Exchange address?

I use freedoge.co.in and freebitco.in in the same window as XEM Mainet. So I use three captchas at the same time.
I work in a Marketing Agency and the IP sometimes changes. But not much. Its rare.
I have the same problem as pedropaulo. If I remove the cookies can I fix the problem? Will I lose my 105 XEM?

I think some mosaic in my account caused this error.
In the first page of withdrawal the faucet said

Hi @namuyan. I do not know how I can prove that I did not use bot or any other form of cheating. But if you check the access logs to the faucet site, if possible, you will see that the IPs are different at certain times and that at night you will not have any access.
I work from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
And I sleep at 11:00 a.m.
Here the time zone is: GMT: -03: 00.
The IPs are different at these times and at dawn there are no hits.

I was happy when the XEM 50 award came out. I already had 10 XEM but I was hoping to add more to take out because the rate is high and I already had 5 XEM in my wallet…

It’s okay @namuyan, i will not bother any more. But it was unfair, I did not cheat. I did not use bots. I do not know how to use it.
