NEM mobile wallet crashes on new phone - how to recover?

Long story short - screen has stopped working on my old iPhone, so bought a new one. Restored iPhone from most recent back up.

On the new phone I can open the app and put in my password, then the wallet crashes.

On my old phone I can open the app and it works, but I can’t type anything on the lower part of the screen as that is non-functional. How do I discover my private key for this wallet, so I can somehow transfer the funds or connect to them?

Next to my solitary transaction I have a code of the ABC123-12AB4D-ANDSF2-ASDF25-HD235F-54HFT2D- type - is this a reference to the transaction or my wallet?

Thank you!

I have now solved this problem… for future reference I set up a new simple nano wallet on my desktop computer, sent an email to my new phone with the new NEM address. Took that address, pasted it into my cloud notes. Then accessed my cloud notes from my old phone, whereupon I could copy and paste that into the NEM app and send out the funds. There was just about enough screen functionality on the old phone to manage it.
I still however have no idea how to back up your account if you use the mobile wallet?

In Mobile Wallet, go down and to the far right corner, click “more”… click “export Account”. Follow the instructions.

This should answer your question.
