NEM Mosaic Frequent Payments/Dividends

Hi all,

I have recently read Bankera blog post, which apparently uses NEM blockchain, even though their coins are in Ethereum. Straight to the point, would it be possible to pay NEM dividends to all holders of a Mosaic?

Furthermore, would the possibility exist to divide a lump sum into smaller % shares for each Nem Mosaic coin holder?

This would be really great as a feature for Nem Mosaic security coins.

Currently that would have to be done manually ie. not as a built in protocol function but programmed outside of the core protocol. If that will change in future i dont know, but not in the near future at least.
