NEM Multi Sign - Either I'm Fucked up! or Not

Hi,

I setup my NEM account with funds around 2M as multi signature, with other 2 NEM accounts.

Now, the Send XEM button is grey in the account with 2M.

920×242


Means it's frozen there? And can't be used?? :frowning:

If Not, please help me understand how can I send those XEM if I ever needed to?

Yes, I have access to all 3 NEM accounts. Also have backups to make sure I don't loose any of them. :P

Hi,

the multisig-account is not allowed to send XEM anymore. It must be initiated from cosignature Accounts.

I've just tested this with a multi-sig account with 1 cosignature and it worked. I don't know how to do it with more the 1 cosig at the moment. But as it is a built in feature the solution will be easy, I guess:-D.

BTW
In cosig Account go to send xem and select your multi sig account in sender field.

If you make an account a multi-sig account you can only issue tx from the other accounts i.e. the co-signatories.

You convert A to have B and C and co-signatories.
B and C can now issue transactions from A and both of them have to sign for tx to go through.
A can't issue txs anymore.

Got it. At one moment I was like all my XEMs!! Poof!! Gone!.. ;D
I can send my XEMs fine… Nice to know how it works… :smiley:
