I was hoping that there would be a basic website that listed a nodes status. That is a secondary priority and not really required to start the program though. That said, it seems simple enough to do.

Yes, unless plans changed you need 3 million deposited in an account to be eligible for a node reward.
If you’re gonna split it up into multiple accounts of 3 million you’ll also need to setup multiple nodes. 1 node with 10 account won’t do you any good as it’s a node reward programm not an account reward programm. So 1 account per node.

No. You need 3 million xem to participate but more XEM will not increase your chances of winning. More nodes will. Again, it’s a node reward program.

The more this topic is going the more we get used to the name “NEM NODE REWARD”.
The name is already perfect, no need to change it.
Never heard of this scandal ( being from Europe), but it’s probably not such a good idea then.
Anyway, haven’t seen any enthusiastic response to my proposal
NEM NODE REWARD seems just fine to me. It’s not hugely important how the program is named anyway.

I am also positive about nem node reward 
a nem node is every node but rewards go only to nodes that fullfill requirements that prove its high avaiable and high performance
so why not call it simple “bonus rewards”
each node can earn earn POI rewards (form himself of delegated addresses)
and high performance nodes additional qualify for the “bonus rewards”
