i got it!

VIP Nodes
Very Important Performance Nodes
they are very important for a high performance network

and the phrase VIP for very important person is well known and can be abused for our usecase

and the get rewarded because they provide a node that fullfil that requirements

everyone can run a node

but if his node fullfill special requirements

(+3000000 XEM and the avaiability and performance requirements)

he become a VIP node and is qualified for the

VIP Node Reward Program

VIP sounds like you need to be someone important to participate, or that nodes are in some way special (they’re not).

I think maybe a Japanese/ninja themed name might be good. It goes with the overall branding of NEM.
