NEM not reached my target address

Dear Support team,

I made three transaction 104, 100 and 15 and it never reached my target.
In the app it shows that transfer was made successfully but the i do not see it in the recipient address.

For remittance to Poloniex, you need to fill in the identification number displayed on the payment screen of Poloniex at the time of remittance.
You need to include an identification number in the part you entered “Test transfer” at the time of the third remittance.
