NEM not received after transaction on Litebit

Hi,

I purchased NEM yesterday through Litebit and still have not received the funds today. I checked with Litebit and transfer has been confirmed.
I am not sure if it has anything to do with it, but my dashboard only shows ‘send’ option instead of ‘send & receive’ option like described in the tutorials.

Hopefully you can help me track my funds.

Forgot to mention that I am using 2.0.14 version of NEM

And node is not the problem (see print screen with green).

Receive tab was removed because it was confusing.
Could you give your transaction hash from litebit?

I tried to find my transaction hash on:

But it does not give any results on my address (see below).

Are you able to track it? I am new to cryptos, so apologies if I am not getting it right.

Please contact with Cryptopia support and provide transaction hash. They have constant problems with XEM wallet since 2 weeks.
