I transferred some BTC to buy NEM from Electrum walllet on my mac. The transaction shows completed with a green tick in electrum. But i still dont see the NEM in my nano wallet. I used the address from the “Account” option.

I am not sure what you mean. I do not think Electrum supports NEM.

Here’ is what i did:
List item: Went to my electrum wallet that already had bitcoins in it.
List item copy the receive address from Nanowallet for mac (not changelly) and paste in send tab of electrum
List item I executed the transaction and XEM was never credited

u can not send bitcoin to a nem address
u need a conversion service like changelly or exchange by urself over a exchange

There is no way you sent BTC to a NEM address.
No XEM has ever been sent there, and Bitcoin can not be sent to a XEM address. So it looks like you sent BTC to a valid BTC address, just not the one you just provided me.

It depends where you sent the Bitcoins too. It looks like the transaction went through, hopefully you have access to that other Bitcoin address.
