I cannot understand recently open sourced code good enough for judging concerning EigenTrust++ implementation as well as I didn't find any mentions of Proof-of-Importance calculations on the forum.

Question to devs: Does this exactly that was implemented? Could I reference it trying to explain what Proof-of-Importance really does?
I sure that devs already have the draft of the paper. But I believe that the paper is critical thing for adopting brilliant minded investors and engineers into NEM so we need it ASAP.
The mentioned paper for Eigentrust++ is the basis for our implementation. We didn't implement the part "Trust Propagation through Circle of Friends" as our tests showed that it is good enough without it.

Do I understand correctly that friend's network graph is in fact a basis for the whole EigenTrust++ concept? That is permanent decision? Anyway it's better to wait for a paper and throw question afterwards...
