Here's why.
The people are cool as shit. From the devs helping me on IRC last year as I fumbled with Mac trying to make it run Alpha. To the rest of the team here and on the forum in over on Telegram. Ya'll are just too fucking cool! Thank you for doing what you do! Keep it up 
If you are able to get onto Telegram, please do, you are missing out on a lot of the fun! Maybe too much fun and not enough work

Lol!! Maybe nemsters are cool as liquid N2. The devs are wizards or maybe some kind of sorcerers. I specially like all the tutorials here on the forum by various users(really helps for a non-techie like me) and the brainstorming on Telegram. Although I contribute nothing on telegram mainly due to timezone difference and I'm usually busy at those times, but I certainly read the bucket load of ideas over telegram and don't know why but it makes me just chilled while reading them 8)
In the telegram group there is always somebody in your timezone 8)
Now if I can only get my port opened. I have two routers in my house and flashed both with dd-wrt. I bought a 16 port gigabit switch recently, need to pop that baby in asap.
it is a good community, lots of people here are helping each other out, and that rocks.
but what really rocks??? we have devs. NEM devs are talented. NEM devs creative. NEM devs are many. without them the rest of us wouldn't be doing much, so nod in appreciation to the core devs.
