NEM Supernode Rewards Program

That node is definitely using a different delegated account, check out nembex:

http://chain.nem.ninja/#/search/NAC35QKLVJ7AM6GNS7ZAVC2HV2ZBAYWYB5D4QPTV

When you activated delegated harvesting, did you use NCC or Nano Wallet?
Maybe you switched from NCC to Nano Wallet? That would explain the problem since the delegated account in Nano Wallet will be different from the one in NCC.

It has been ativated using Nano Wallet. And node has works with this key since may 2017. After moving to other server and changig IP it has fail all tests.
What is way exists to solwe this problem quicky? Is moving of funds to newly created walled and then reenroling supernode from new wallet can be a quickly solution?

Hard to believe, nembex shows a different delegated account.
But anyway, if you don’t have the private key to the delegated account that is shown in nembex, you would need to deactivate delegated harvesting for the account and 6 hours later reactivate it again. Then the delegated account with public key

3b24ef761dd5dc0b5de486b3122c72458f83d5b21a674163882b4a730f0473ea

should be used.
Once done, tell me in this thread and i will create a new database entry.

Hi @BloodyRookie is there any problem with payout of Supernode for rounds 3341 - 3344? Becuse my supernode NEMczech have not received payout for this rounds yet and I passed all rounds. I checked supernode payout account NCPAYOUTH2BGEGT3Q7K75PV27QKMVNN2IZRVZWMDand maybe there is not enough funding there.
Thanks.

Broke
Thx for pointing out.

You are welcome :D.

I observed this as well, that payout hasn’t been arrived till now, even if measuring/servant works well and “everything is green” . What’s happened and when it will be fixed, BR ?

Anyway, why the account NCPAYOUTH2BGEGT3Q7K75PV27QKMVNN2IZRVZWMD has balance (nembex) 87.915.292 XEM, but balance (network) just 72.55 XEM ?

Nembex has bugs.

We need to transfer funds from the node rewards account to the payout account. I cannot initiate such a transaction since i am not a cosigner of the node rewards fund. But i have told the core teams that we need that transaction.

Aside from that, nobody will miss a payout, all payouts will be done when the account has funds again.

Great, thanx for info, and for whole your activities around SuperNodes as well!

Hello,

I sent some message (change ip) to NAFUNDBUKIOSTMD4BNXL7ZFE735QHN7A3FBS6CMY, but it did not work.

Can you give me the tx hash?

Here tx hash:

Hello again. I done deactivating and actiating

Changed it manually.

Deactivated the old entry and added a new one:

Please give it 24 hours to pass tests.

Thx!

Hi @BloodyRookie

My nodes failed the computing power test randomly. I’m looking to optimize the configuration.

What is the different between nis vs servant thread count? Does it need to be the same or servant thread count need to be lower from nis? Does it have effect with the computing power test.

What is the recommended thread count for nis and servant for 1vcpu vps? Say, if 100 thread per vcpu, then multiply by cpu count. (e.g 100 x 4vcpu = 400 threads).

Thanks.

This thread so many replies

I don’t think we have a real recommendation for that config entry. Just high enough so NIS doesn’t run out of threads, so the default value should be ok. Same applies for the servant.
If you node fails the computing power test randomly, maybe the vps is not strong enough? Probably the most significant factor for a vps is the available memory. So how much does the vps have? How much is given to the servant?

thanks for your reply.

the vps spec is 4vcpu @ 2ghz, 3gb ram
nis - 1024 xms & 2048 xmx
servant - 128 xms & 256 xmx

i played with the thread to lower cpu usage, base on your reply maybe the thread setting is too low, will try a couple more times. currently nis and servant thread is 50.
