Happens sometimes, most likely your supernode was doing a full garbage collection and the request from the master timed out.

The node rewards server was unresponsive this morning, I had to restart the server. Website will be up again soon.

No sorry Iā€™ve forgot that this should be done as I havenā€™t made changes to the node for years
except for the NIS version and server upgrades.
