Hi there,

I have 2 problems with my Nem wallet, I hope someone can help me!

first, I send from litebit 120 Nem to my Nem Wallet, the nem was visible in my wallet for several weeks. But now I can’t see them anymore, I never did other transactions then sending from litebit to my nem wallet. So I think they should be out there somewhere. Can anyone help me?

Did you try change node?
On main screen you have tools icon in top left corner. Please click, go to servers and check another one.

Thanks, I tried several servers, but none gave the right solution. Is there maybe another way to solve this of should I try all the servers

So your wallet still shows 0 XEM?
Are you sure you have correct address in wallet?
Could you show screenshot from view when you click QR button?

So this is not address where are you have sent tokens. Yes it’s possible to remove and add couple other wallets to mobile app.
