When I downloaded the NEM wallet on my Android I never received a ‘key’ like I did with all my other wallets. I recently switched phones and everything was moved from Samsung to Samsung. I went into my NEM wallet and put in password and name and nothing is there.
Could someone please help?

Hi there - thank you for your response. Where do I find this? I looked in my app and I don’t see what you mentioned.
I don’t have that at all… since I switched phones and all apps were moved from Samsung to Samsung I don’t see this. I got in with password now I have “Add Account” and also a settings but with no ‘more’ on there…
Your wallet is on old device …
If you don’t have backup (it should be created manually after wallet creation) you must find way to get to old device.
And if it was wiped clean??
I’m afraid that in this situation you lose access to wallet …

I don’t. I am new to this and didn’t realize that I needed a key for that one as I never received it like I did with my other ones. I really appreciate you taking the time to help.
Oh looks that this tokens are lost …
If this was big amount you can try restore files from old device but probably if you wiped clean it data are overrided.
