NEM was not received through SHapeshift conversion

Hello.

On January 3 I transferred my ETH (ether) from my Binance.com account to Shapeshift Ether address (0x797774793e48fa357d63e1178f77b31f36b40216) generated automatically by NEM Nanowallet.

I sent ETH 0.33655364 - and Binance.com says that the transaction was successful. I had to receive XEM 192 instead, but I still have not received any XEM. My XEM address is: NDVTGX-JWKZPM-QFG432-64C63D-IYYZCR-HPI2MO-42MP

I contacted Shapeshift - but there is no response from their support. And meanwhile I do not know where are my NEM coins. Can you guys please help identify whether I will eventually get my NEM coins or not. Working with ShapeShift is a pain.

We can tell nothing about your transaction because Shapeshift should provide transaction hash in NEM network. If they don’t provide they probably don’t make this transction.
Based on ETH transaction I can’t tell you why they don’t sent transaction (wallet is empty).
You must wait for shapeshift answer.

Ok, well thanks for getting back to me with this.

У меня ещё одна транзакция, которая застряла на HitBTC - отправил 15 НЕМ на свой кошелёк 4 часа тому назад - всё ещё транзакция обрабатывается, хотя другие переводы на бирже осуществлялись моментально.

Sending to empty wallet should work. Could you cancel this transaction and try again? If you want I can send you small amount and you send me back.

Транзакция застряла на сайте - написал им, не знаю когда и что ответят.

Отправьте для эксперимента ноль или один НЕМ - я вам его сразу же верну. Надо проверить работает ли все нормально.

Ok, thanks a lot - I received and sent you back the amount you indicated. The wallet is operational - then the problem is on the part of the exchanges.
