NEM Withdraw Never sent to Deposit Wallet

Hello,

I have transferred Quantity 17,691.86948207 NEM from bittrex.com Wallet to www.binance.com XEM wallet and it has been more than 24 hours that i have not received it. I tried searching with TxId in NEM blockchain explore and it shows TxId is “unknow”. Please help to retrieve my holdings.

Please report to Bittrex. Seems that they have some problem with announcing transaction cause as you noticed this transaction is not visible in blockchain (https://explorer.nemtool.com/#/s_tx?hash=72ba7605491fdc13a30fa5eec19d79f8a380f23403aed7af076374d544bec408).
