Every time I use the Nem wallet and token XEM, it just works so well.
Fast, clear, lots of options.
The message part may confuse a few people though.
Will xym have that?

Yes. You can attach message to transaction also in Symbol. How exchange will choose to integrate (one address and identify user by unique message code or unique address for each user) is up to them.
