Never received XEM and sent by accident [MOVED]

So two things happened

  1. On December 19, I did a transaction through changelly and I never received my coins. It shows completed and there was a message which was “Coinbase” if that plays a factor.

  2. On the mobile app I by accident sent 50 XEM and not sure where it went but it was deducted. Anything I can do?
