You will recieve your nem once NEM is officially launched, that could still take some time.
I am afraid there are no details on how to turn your nemstake into NEM at this point.
However you can test the alpha client here: http://bob.nem.ninja/
easiest way is probably webstart, ensure you have Java 8 installed.
Once you got the alpha client running post your address here and I will send you some alpha nem :)
