Newbie Lost XEM in Transfer from Android Mobile Wallet to Exchange

OK this “old guy” sent XEM to Bittrex address for the first time and DID NOT include a “Message” … I was unaware that I needed a alphanumeric message included to acturally establish a valid inbound transaction and I do not see any Transaction Log in the Mobile Wallet to provide a TxID … I need HELP as I would like my 1000+ XEM back. Thank you very much
Vince

hi, Vince,

a few others are in the same position - see thread: [Bittrex Issues] How long does it take to show up in wallet?

Vinces issue is different. Those users are having issues because bittrex’s node was out of sync. This issue is because Vince did not include a message.

Vince, you will need to contact Bittrex, they will need your transaction hash. Post your XEM address here, and I will help you find the hash.

Saul This is my NEM address for my Android Mobile Wallet

Thank you very much for your help!

Saul My Transaction was on July 03, 2017 Block# 1180723
my NEM Android Wallet Address : NCHM6A-3JLDRS-KE4WCX-3M66HI-IIPBIL-3WQGXK-AVWK

I hope this helps you to discover my Transaction ID for my lost deposit to Bittrex … then I can get back to them for my deposit to my account on their platform.

Thank you!

Let Bittrex know this is your transaction hash:

Saul Bittrex has deposited my “Lost” NEM to my account … Much Thanks to you and the fine customer support service team at Bittrex! Disruptive Decentralized Integration at its best!
