[Bittrex Issues] How long does it take to show up in wallet?

likewise - Bittrex have just advised me that this is down to NEM to resolve…NEM??? can you indicate when we will be able to receive our funds?

Hi, I’m also waiting for my withdrawal from Bittrex to appear in my wallet. I’m new to XEM… Any help would be great. Thanks

Jack

looks like quite a few of us are in the same boat which is reassuring at least…i think this will hopefully be resolved soon in that case and that NEM are looking into it!

hi Saul - Bittrex have advised me that the issue is with the receiver! can you advise further on what we should do??

hmm… it looks like the backlog cleared but no funds and also not recorded on the chain…

Very worrying. it seems to have disappeared into thin air! i thought the beauty of the blockchain was that no transaction ever goes missing?!

It is their node that is acting up. It is not an issue with the NEM network. I do not know any more than that.

Ahh this is a problem of decentralized apps. Problem with transfer and we’re right back in circles of “where is our xem” and no one can tell us. This isn’t good.

Just wondering where we go from here Saul. a lot of money is at stake here…

I have also not received my transfer of XEM from Bittrex around 20 hours ago.

Have put support request at Bittrex and waiting for answer.

You need to be in contact with Bittrex. They are the only ones with access to your XEM.

my bittrex send xem to my wallet. but txid not found. help me, please!

Got word from Bittrex, the transactions that were stalled got orphaned. The Bittrex rep, found my orphaned tx and recredited my account to redo the tx. Sucks that the charge is 15 xem to do a test.

Issue is resolved for me. My wallet shows the full balance. So don’t worry guys its all still there, you just have to get it credited back to your wallet.

*hi all,

I’ve finally got my NEM back! this is how to resolve this issue:

  1. raise a support ticket in Bittrex
  2. tell them that NEM stated this is a problem of Bittrex’s servers, not NEMs and that the transaction has ‘orphaned’. I presume this means gone into dead space!
  3. They will then admit to this and credit your account back with the relevant NEM you wanted to withdraw.
  4. DON’T USE NANOWALLET AGAIN. USE DEPOTWALLET INSTEAD TO WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS FROM BITTREX TO.
  5. ALSO don’t forgot to include an alphanumeric message when prompted by Bittrex. this can be anything you like.
  6. Wait 5 mins and you should have your XEM in your DepotWallet.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info Steve.

Nano Wallet is safe to use and works as it should. It is an exchange problem.

No issues for me with nano wallet from bittrex on the second try.

Well in depositing to bittrex more than 45 minutes ago and it won’t show in pending in bittrex. i sent it with the message and everything.

Open up a ticket with Bittrex, and give them your transaction hash.

Yeah, those brainiacs don’t seem to credit funds sent from multisig accounts.
