hey there, I am news here, and i am trying to harvest.

seem i have to get some xem to start, so i am stuck in http://faucet.nem.io/ to get them.

Is there anyway to start harvesting without the 10k limit?

You need 10k vested xem to start harvesting, there is no way around that. If you really want to be able to create a block, you should probably buy 100k xem on an exchange.
