Hi
I tried to use nis api /transaction/prepare-announce with the parameter requestPrepareAnnounce to create a tx but always return bad request error with the message ‘org.apache.commons.codec.DecoderException: Illegal hexadecimal character t at index 1’.
Does anyone have the idea of how to use nis api to create a tx?
